General tips
- Silos are never necasarry. Instead build a building, stop the production when
it is almost finish. Your mineral will then be converted into money, and will therefor not take up any space.
- Concentrate your Ore Trucks on one field at the time. They are easier to find
and protect.
- Gems are worth twice as much as ordinary minerals. Collect gems first because
they don't spread.
- Destroy the villages when it's possible. There are often crates hidden inside,
especially in churches.
- Concentrate your firepower on one target at the time. First take the units that
are easy to destroy. For every enemy-unit you destroy, your own units will in the end take less damage.
- First of all, when shooting with tanks, artillery and V2-launchers, take the
units that doesn't move. Units that move often avoids damage, and even if they are hit, it doesn't take as much
damage as if they had stand still.
- Place antiair-firepower on the edge of your base. The enemy-airplanes are supposed
to be shot down BEFORE they can drop their cargo.
- Submarines and mines are easy to find. If you for example suspect the enemy for
having placed mines where you want to enlarge your base, you can construct a building and move the building over
the area without placing it. If the white build-marker suddenly turns red without vissible obstacles, then it is
because the enemy has placed a mine. The same can be done with sub-marines; Build a naval yard and move it over
the water near your base - if the marker becomes red there is most likely a sub-marine hiding in the water.
Tips for Allied
- Your base is never safe, so protect it well. Lots of antiair-firepower, and at
least one Ranger to go around your base and shoot down paratroopers. You can also use Rifle Infantry, but a Ranger
is better because it's faster.
- If you suspect the enemy for having sub-marines in the water you can shot different
places in the water with a londistanceweapon. If you hit a sub-marine just a little bit it comes to the surface.
- If it is possible; place mines on the mineral-fields the enemy uses. The computer
will not make the usual heavy counterattack to save it's Ore Truck, but will watch passivly when it's Ore Truck
are blowing up.
Tips for Soviet
- A V2-launcher is a powerfull infantry-killer, but not good against tanks. Always
keep it behind some tanks, and keep it away from your base if you espect to be attacked by tanks.
- Don't use Grenade Infantry with Guard Dogs. The dogs can easyli be killed, and
you risk to often to blow your own dogs when your Grenade Infantry are attacking enemies.
- If you have wounded Grenade Infantry then move them away from your other units,
because when they die they blow up, and you risk hurting your own men. The same for your Flametrhower Infantry.

Build a Mine Layer and put in a group with something slow like Mammoth
Tanks. Then make them a group (Ctrl 1-9) and then a formation (f). All the
units will travel the speed of the Mine Layer.
